After decades of working across the refrigeration market - commissioning cold storages, installing dairy plants, optimising ammonia systems, and building relationships with India's leading equipment manufacturers - the decision to start JSLGA was a natural next step.

With 34+ years in industrial refrigeration, Jagadeesh brings deep technical knowledge in ammonia plant systems, dairy processing, and cold chain engineering. ISHRAE member and Diploma holder in Refrigeration, he has personally commissioned plants ranging from small cold rooms to large-scale dairy and ice cream factories across India.
